Gwinganna's Nutritionist and Chefs ensure all appetites are catered for and specific individual allergies or intolerances are met with flair and creativity.
Breakfast and morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are followed by a two course evening dinner offering alternative choices to tempt all taste buds. At Gwinganna, normal daily routines, lists, deadlines, responsibilities and family are taken into account.
To assist guests' bodies to reach optimum health they have designed what they see as being the ideal day: a morning of activity followed by an afternoon of relaxation, as a fit body deals with life more efficiently with a balanced mix of activity and rest.
Accommodation at Gwinganna is built from recycled timbers. All contain mountains of pillows and cosy doonas wrapped in pure cotton linen on king sized beds to ensure peaceful rest. There are a range of suites to suite tastes and budgets.
To truly escape your daily routines, Gwinganna is a mobile free zone, however you are permitted to use your mobile in your room. Your room is also equipped with a landline phone. Similarly, Gwinganna is a smoke free environment.
