They will take you there in a 4 Wheel Drive - expect some off-road adventure on the way! You will climb to the top of the sand dune for a spectacular view of a naturally formed sand bowl, with the South Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. Your "style" is entirely up to you - sit, stand or do it lying down. If you're after something with a little less active and a little more relaxing, yoga on the beach takes place every afternoon.
Something you can do with the whole family is beach worming, using pippis as bait, you can pluck the long worms out of the sand! Or how about sea kayaking, this tour hits the water at Cylinder Beach on Point Lookout on beautiful North Stradbroke Island. The two-person kayaks are very stable and after an instruction session on the beach, it's time to paddle out through the surf and explore the waters off the island!
