The Beachouse will also welcome Australia's first one-armed ferris wheel, which will be situated outside the complex.

La Trattoria Restaurant is one of Adelaide's most popular restaurants established in 1975 by Andy and Chris Parisi. The restaurant took out the pizza industry's ultimate trophy, the America's Plate, for its marinara pizza. This was in the pizza capital of the world, New York, during the competition in Dec 2004.
