Get set for a voyage of discovery on a scenic 7 day 'Inside Passage' round trip cruise. Cruising along the spectacular coastlines of Alaska and Canada, on board Princess Cruises' Golden Princess or Star Princess, passengers take in ports of call in Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan and Victoria, B.C., including spectacular glacier-viewing in Tracy Arm Fjord.

Onboard, you can experience the "big ship choice and small ship feel" with over 700 balcony staterooms and multiple decks providing a range of activities and lounges. A variety of dining and entertainment options is provided, including pools, spa & fitness centres, sporting activities, as well as plenty of deck space to take in the views.

Onshore, excursions available include visiting native villages, riding scenic mountain railways, trekking glaciers and exploring Alaska's Capital city of Juneau.

Highlights of the cruise include: Ketchikan, Alaska - The picturesque and fascinating city of Ketchikan is not only said to be the fourth wettest spot on earth and the 'Salmon Capital of the world', but it also boasts the world's largest collection of standing totem poles located at three major locations: Saxman Village, Totem Bight, and the Totem Heritage Center - all of which can be visited during a shore excursion. You can also visit the Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show where you will see the world's best athletes in a sport pulled straight from American History.

Tracy Arm Fjord - Located about 45 miles south of Juneau, Tracy Arm Fjord was designated as a wilderness area by the United States Congress in 1980. The area covers 653,179 acres and consists of two deep and narrow fjords: Tracy Arm and Endicott Arm, that twist and turn for over 30miles. The Fjords are home to Bald Eagles, Whales, Sea Lions, Otters, Brown Bears, Mountains Goats and flocks of Seabirds & cruising Tracy Arm, framed by mountains on either side, culminates in a spectacular view of the twin tidewater Sawyer Glaciers.

Juneau, Alaska - Alaska's Capital City, Juneau, is the 'Gateway to the Glaciers', providing passengers with the chance to experience unparalleled glacier viewing from Tracy Arm Fjord, Mendenhall Glacier, the Juneau Icefield and Glacier Bay National Park. Outdoor enthusiasts must try a Helicopter Glacier Trek with North Star Trekking, but there's plenty of other activities on offer, from exploring the city's galleries and shops to a visit to the famous red dog saloon.

Skagway, Alaska - The City of Skagway is geographically the largest city in Alaska and is also the northern terminus of the Alaska Marine Highway. Born during the gold rush, the city was a boomtown in the 1890's and today the Klondike Gold Rush National Park is constantly restoring the old shop fronts and buildings to their former glory. Not to be missed is an unforgettable journey aboard the "Scenic Railway of the World", the White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad - Alaska's most popular shore excursion.

Victoria, BC, Canada - Located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria, has the mildest climate in Canada, and is a place so green all year that it is no wonder it's called 'The Garden City'! Victoria remembers its colourful history with First Nations totem poles, heritage architecture and afternoon tea, and bustles with the energy of a university town. The harbour is alive with the romance of an era when tall ships moored alongside the wharf, and the gardens, downtown museums, galleries, shops and restaurants make this a friendly, safe haven for all visitors.
