Finish the day at Uluwatu Temple, at the most south-western point of Bali and looking out over the Indian Ocean - uninterrupted all the way to Antarctica. This cliff top temple, dedicated to the spirits of the sea, has spectacular views and is popular for viewing sunsets. Visit the home of a village chief - also the Resort's director of security and enjoy a family meal. Arriving at the house, guests are welcomed by the whole family. A quick tour of the family temple is also included before everyone sits in one of the bales (Balinese pavillion) for dinner. Dinner is set up family style where guests are sitting on the floor. Dinner menu includes Balinese crab soup, seaweed salad, beef rendang, grilled marinated prawns, Balinese mixed vegetable, grilled fish and Balinese sweets for dessert. The dinner is enhanced with the performance of the Balinese dances by De Gus' children.
